The one bedroom Blue Ridge design has a space-efficient floor plan to accommodate couples or singles. It features abundant closet space with a comfortable living room and intimate dining area. Approximately 552 square feet.

Good Shepherd Place, just 1.2 miles from downtown Cumming in the beautiful North Georgia mountains, offers totally independent retirement living for active seniors. Residents must be 55 years or older. (One member of a married couple must meet the age requirement. Income maximums apply.)

Located within walking distance of neighborhood shopping, a medical facility and other necessities, Good Shepherd Place features the convenience of apartment living in a park- like setting. The three story building is served by a central elevator and has special amenities such as a community room and outside patio for social activities.

Each Good Shepherd Place home has wall-to-wall carpeting, a fully-equipped all-electric kitchen, a hook-up for cable television and individual air-conditioning and heating controls. St. Joseph Place is a retirement community offering affordable, totally independent living for active, self-sufficient seniors 62 years of age or older and income restrictions apply. Located on a rolling, wooded, six-acre tract adjacent to Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and just minutes from downtown Atlanta, St. Joseph Place is an inviting cluster of one-story apartment homes, each with a private entrance.

Forty-seven one-bedroom apartment homes are grouped within 11 colonial-style brick buildings to form an attractive, welcoming neighborhood. A centrally located separate building houses a furnished community room and information center, laundry facilities, and a management office.

The Kroger Grocery Store on Cascade Road provides free van service for residents once a week and the Fulton County Library bookmobile stops twice a month at St. Joseph Place. St. Joseph Place residents have formed a Community Club which gathers for various activities throughout the year.
