Metropolitan Tribunal Fee Schedule

Effective February 1, 2006

No person is ever turned away from the Tribunal because of their inability to pay a requested fee. For those Petitioners who are experiencing financial difficulty, the Tribunal will always work with them to determine an acceptable payment schedule or reduced fee.

Formal Case	$500 (No Filing Fee)
2nd or further case by the same Petitioner	$100 Each Case
Lack of Canonical Form Case	$25
Defect in Canonical Form Case	$50
Prior Bond (Ligamen) Case	$50
Pauline Privilege Case	$100
Favor of the Faith (Petrine Privilege) Case	$500 + Current Tax Charged by Holy See
Appeal to the Provincial Court of Appeals	$500
Appeal to the Tribunal of the Roman Rota	$1000 Total
Retroactive Validation (Sanatio in Radice)	No Fee
