Thursday, November 12th is Georgia Gives Day—a statewide initiative that focuses the attention of the public on the work and worth of nonprofits in the state of Georgia.
Georgia Gives Day inspires individuals to donate to participating nonprofits through a website with the goal of raising as much money as possible in a 24 hour period.
As a member of the Catholic Community, we ask you to help spread the word to support Catholic Charities Atlanta on this one day “flash mob of giving” sponsored by the Georgia Center for Nonprofits.
CCA serves the poor and vulnerable of all creeds and religious backgrounds by providing the programs and services to overcome the causes, not just the symptoms, of poverty. We assist nearly 16,000 of our fellow Georgians in need each year. In our 62 year history, CCA has helped over one million people.
Consider joining our 10 x 10 Challenge—donate $10 and ask 10 of your friends to do the same.
