This morning, Pope Francis named Bishop David P. Talley, up until now Auxiliary Bishop of Atlanta, as Coadjutor Bishop of the Diocese of Alexandria, Louisiana.   The appointment was publicized in Washington, September 21, by Archbishop Christophe Pierre, apostolic nuncio to the United States
