SUMMARY:Pan African Mass and Reception
DESCRIPTION:The Pan African Catholic Organization of Atlanta in the archdiocese brings together different African Catholic ethnic groups that are now well-represented in metro Atlanta. Twelve communities are founding members\, including African Catholic communities from St. Joseph\, Marietta; St. Theresa\, Douglasville; St. Thomas the Apostle\, Smyrna; Corpus Christi\, Stone Mountain; and groups of Catholics from Cameroon\, Ghana\, Gambia\, Nigeria\, Congo\, and several French-speaking Catholic communities. This year’s Mass principal celebrant will be Bishop John Nhàn Trần. \n\n\n\nEvent sponsored by the Pan African Catholic Organization of Atlanta and the Office of Intercultural Ministries. \n\n\n\nA reception will follow.
