DESCRIPTION:The ministries offered by the Archdiocese of The Military Services benefit those who serve in all six branches of the U.S. Armed Forces\, are enrolled in U.S. Military Academies\, undergo treatment at any of the 153 Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers and work in civilian jobs for the federal government beyond U.S. borders—as well as their families. It is the mission of this archdiocese that these faithful Catholics be able to seek sacramental preparation\, benefit from consultation with a priest and receive the sacrament of penance as they defend our rights of freedom and speech and face constant transition and uncertainty. DESCRIPTION:The Life-Giving Wounds Atlanta Chapter is offering three one-day retreats in 2026 for young adults and adults whose parents are divorced or separated. These retreats invite participants to move through the broken image of love witnessed in their parents’ relationship toward their deepest identity found in God. \n\n\n\nThe sessions will help participants gain a greater understanding of the wound of divorce and its ongoing effects. Attendees will receive guidance on navigating difficulties with love and trust\, while discovering how the Catholic faith\, spiritual practices\, and the Sacraments are essential to self-knowledge and healing. \n\n\n\nThese retreats offer something for every adult child of divorce or separation\, regardless of where they are on their healing journey.
