Assistant Principal

Saint Thomas More Catholic School is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time assistant principal for the 2026–27 school year. This position serves our PreK4-8th grade school family as a Catholic leader committed to fostering a joyful learning environment rooted in the mission and values of the Catholic Church. The assistant principal helps ensure that all policies, procedures, discipline systems, community interactions and operational decisions reflect and support the school’s mission, identity and Jesuit tradition. Primary responsibilities include supporting instructional leadership, sustaining a positive school culture, accompany all in faith formation and collaborating with faculty, staff and families to uphold high academic and behavioral standards. Candidates must have at least three years of teaching experience and a degree in educational administration or curriculum and instruction, with additional leadership coursework. Prior experience in Catholic education is strongly preferred.
