This role ensures efficient daily operations by coordinating staff, managing budgets, optimizing internal processes and supporting vocation promoters while reporting directly to the national vocations director. Responsibilities include CRM data management, reporting, financial oversight, vendor coordination, administrative support and collaboration on safe‑environment compliance, marketing and communications, social media initiatives, vocation fairs and development efforts with the national team.
