Programs
The Global Solidarity Ambassador Program is designed to form and sustain ambassadors as they bring their passion for global solidarity to their parish, school, or university. They encourage their communities to respond to Catholic Social Teaching through education, advocacy, and action.
The Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD) is the Catholic Church’s domestic anti-poverty program established by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops in 1969. The CCHD philosophy emphasizes empowerment and participation for low income people. By helping low income people to participate in the decisions and actions that affect their lives, CCHD empowers them to move beyond poverty.
Catholic Relief Services is the international relief agency of the Catholic Church providing humanitarian relief and development assistance in more than 100 countries. With a focus on programs that inform and engage Catholics about poverty and injustice overseas, CRS provides opportunities to build a more just world.
