Affording A Catholic Education
WELCOME GRANTS AVAILABLE for the 2017-18 school year
Let us show you that a Catholic education is possible and affordable! Welcome Grants are available to Catholic students who apply and are accepted to each of our five participating schools. “Financial need” is not a pre-requisite for this two-year grant. You simply apply, and once accepted, the grant is deducted from the tuition at the start of the two years. If additional financial aid is needed, the school may have additional resources to assist you–be sure to ask!
The Archdiocese of Atlanta continually works to ensure a quality Catholic education is available to as many families as possible. In pursuit of this goal, the following resources are established for the sole purpose of providing financial aid to students: parish assessments for Catholic education, local (school) tuition assistance funds, the GRACE Scholars program, and various scholarships and programs per school.
In the 2015-16 school year, the total awarded to families and students to reduce tuition costs was $9.3 million. Please see the graph for specific breakdowns per funding source. Assistance is available and can make a Catholic education possible!
