RICE BOWL 2016 Parish Grants was a new initiative from the Catholic Relief Services Capacity Building Ministry at the Archdiocese of Atlanta.
The purpose of the RICE BOWL 2016 Parish Grant is to provide funds to parishes in support of projects and programs that educate on, raise awareness of, and promote advocacy for particular poverty issues that are unjust, and to assist people to bring about change to those structures that keep them from a quality of life. The grants are limited to $500/annually. The only stipulation is that the applicant must have participated in Rice Bowl.
