Facilities Maintenance

St. Andrew Catholic Church in Roswell is seeking an experienced part-time facilities maintenance professional to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of church facilities. Duties include general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and other facility repairs; conducting routine inspections of buildings and equipment; addressing maintenance requests in a timely manner; assisting with setup and breakdown of parish events and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Qualified candidates have at least a high school diploma, at least three years of demonstrated experience in building maintenance and can handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC experience are preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., perform physical tasks, have reliable transportation and be available for facility emergencies outside regular work hours. Strong problem-solving skills, dependability, attention to detail, the ability to work independently and time management skills are ideal. Reporting to the director of data management, this role strengthens data alignment, reporting and system workflows to support data‑informed fundraising decisions and effective development operations. Responsibilities include maintaining and auditing CRM records; executing data imports and reconciliation; supporting gift verification; generating segmented mailing lists; preparing data for campaigns, appeals and events; developing recurring and ad hoc reports; analyzing donor engagement and giving trends and preparing insights for leadership and strategic planning.
