Facilities Supervisor

Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in Brookhaven seeks a full-time facilities supervisor to support the care, maintenance, safety and daily operation of our parish and school campus. Reporting to the director of campus facilities, this position oversees routine maintenance and repairs; supervises maintenance and cleaning personnel; coordinates outside contractors and vendors; supports facility setups for parish and school events; helps maintain campus safety, security and building systems and responds to facility emergencies as needed. Qualified candidates have experience in facilities maintenance or supervision and a working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, hand/power tools, building systems and general troubleshooting. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. Scheduling flexibility is needed for occasional evenings, weekends and emergency response.
