Paraprofessional

Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic School, a PK–8 twice-recognized National Blue-Ribbon School of Excellence in Brookhaven, is seeking a full-time paraprofessional to provide one-on-one support to a student for the 2026–27 school year. This role is essential in helping the student access the curriculum, build independence and fully participate in the school day through individualized academic, social and behavioral support. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, experience working with children, strong communication skills, patience, compassion and the ability to consistently implement teacher-designed accommodations and behavior strategies. College or relevant coursework, experience working with children, especially those with disabilities, is highly valued.
