Middle School Youth Ministry Coordinator

St. Lawrence Church is seeking a dynamic and faith-filled individual to serve as our middle school youth ministry coordinator. This part-time position is responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating our EDGE middle school program for youth in 6th- 8th grades, including middle school sacramental preparation and catechist formation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about evangelizing young people, building relationships with middle school students and their families, and creating engaging opportunities for faith, fellowship and service. Responsibilities include coordinating the parish EDGE program, recruiting and supporting core team volunteers, planning retreats and the annual Camp Hidden Lake experience, as well as assisting with sacramental preparation for middle school students. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, knowledge of Catholic theology and teaching, and the ability to inspire young people to deepen their faith and become active disciples of Jesus Christ.
