Adult Faith Formation Coordinator

Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church seeks a full-time adult faith formation coordinator to lead and grow the parish’s adult evangelization and formation efforts. This position collaborates closely with parish staff to ensure a unified, family-centered approach to discipleship. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing all adult faith formation programs including the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) and adult confirmation; recruiting and supporting volunteer catechists; guiding small groups and Bible studies and organizing parish missions, retreats and workshops. Qualified candidates are practicing Catholics with a strong knowledge of Church teaching and experience in adult faith formation and OCIA. Must have a bachelor’s degree or master’s certification in theology or a related field, prior parish ministry experience and strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.
