Development Data Associate

The Legion of Christ Inc. is seeking a remote development data associate to support the development office by ensuring the accuracy, integrity and accessibility of actionable donor data. Reporting to the director of data management, this role strengthens data alignment, reporting and system workflows to support data‑informed fundraising decisions and effective development operations. Responsibilities include maintaining and auditing CRM records; executing data imports and reconciliation; supporting gift verification; generating segmented mailing lists; preparing data for campaigns, appeals and events; developing recurring and ad hoc reports; analyzing donor engagement and giving trends and preparing insights for leadership and strategic planning. Additional duties include critical involvement in the Collaborative Development Alignment Project, contributing to standardized data practices, testing integrations, validating donor data across systems, supporting the rollout of new tools and reporting structures, documenting processes and identifying opportunities for system and workflow improvements. This fully remote position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, CRM and reporting experience and discretion with confidential information. Limited travel (10–15%) may be required.
