Director of Evangelization

Regnum Christi is seeking a full-time director of evangelization. The director of evangelization for Regnum Christi Atlanta leads efforts to foster a vibrant culture of evangelization by developing apostolates, forming leaders and inspiring members to bring others to Christ. Reporting to the Regnum Christi director, this role provides spiritual and strategic leadership aligned with the RC charism. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing annual evangelization plans, leading Mercy Missions and overseeing programs that are welcoming, mission-driven and responsive to Church needs. The director recruits, mentors and supports volunteers, building strong teams and promoting a spirit of co-responsibility and apostolic initiative. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate events, manage logistics and maintain alignment with leadership, clergy and the broader Catholic community. It also supports budgeting efforts, evaluates program effectiveness and ensures sustainable growth of evangelization initiatives. Ideal candidates are practicing Catholics committed to the Church’s mission, with experience in leadership, ministry or non-profit program management.
