Director of Finance

St. Monica Catholic Church located in Duluth has an immediate opening for a full-time director of finance. This position reports to the pastor and is responsible for fulfilling the parish administrative needs in finance and personnel. Additional duties include preparing financial reports; preparing and administering the budgeting process; providing oversight of the collection, counting, recording and depositing of parish revenue; and directing the operations of the parish business office. Qualified candidates will have a degree in business, finance or a related field; five years of work-related experience; knowledge of accounting, finance principles and best practices; and prior experience in management, preferably in a church setting.
