faith formation assistant

St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Alpharetta seeks a part-time faith formation assistant to assist with operations of the faith formation office. Duties include maintaining office records; processing payments and budget tracking; assisting the youth ministry team with routine and special projects; compiling data for various events; maintaining attendance and registration records and assisting with fundraiser and donor relations. Qualified candidates are committed to the teachings of the Catholic Church with a strong, mission-oriented mindset; a high school diploma and some college attendance and experience/education in office administration, hospitality, accounting, fundraising, public relations or event planning.
