Year of Mission Playbook: The National Eucharistic Congress officially kicked off the Year of Mission for the entire Church of the United States.  This is an exciting new season of the Revival movement. The Holy Spirit has enkindled a missionary fire in the heart of our nation, and now he is sending out every member of the Church to spread the Good News—sharing the gift of our Eucharistic Lord with those on the margins. And YOU are invited to be a part of it! If you feel called to live this mission in a way that’s unique to you and your strengths, the National Eucharistic Revival team has created a Year of Mission Playbook just for you! Use this comprehensive guide to discern and embark on your Eucharistic mission. Download the guide on our Community Resources Page and read on to learn more about how you can become a Eucharistic Missionary.
Walk with One: Everyone is called to evangelize, and thanks to the gift of the Holy Spirit, we are well-equipped for this mission. It may not mean spreading the Gospel in a foreign land or going door-to-door with the Good News—and it may require overcoming some fears—but the Lord is asking each of us to step out of our comfort zone and evangelize one-on-one. Learn practical ways you can engage in the Year of Mission and evangelize to those around you.  This is your opportunity to be God’s instrument in the life of another person. Imagine how our families, neighborhoods, and country will be transformed if every active Catholic answers this call! Learn more and download the Walk with One guides (English, Spanish, and Vietnamese) on the National Eucharistic Revival webpage.

Eucharistic Revival Archdiocese of Atlanta 2022-2025

I am the living bread

Our world is hurting. We all need healing and revival, yet many of us are separated from the very source of our strength. Jesus Christ invites us to return to the source and summit of our faith: His Real Presence in the Eucharist. The National Eucharistic Revival is a movement to restore understanding and devotion to this great mystery here in the United States, in the Archdiocese of Atlanta, in our parishes and schools, in our homes, and in our very hearts and lives.

GOD IS DOING SOMETHING NEW
AND HE IS CALLING YOU
TO BE A PART OF IT!

Jesus wants to be close to you and to be intimately united with you! He desires this so much that He gives us himself – Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity, in the Eucharist. Through the Eucharistic Revival we are given the opportunity to be overwhelmed anew by His love for us and His gift of Himself to us.

The REVIVAL starts with you! How can you be REVIVED?

Jesus wants to revive us with His presence in our lives. We must draw close to Him in prayer and through the sacraments to experience His grace and presence in our lives. Taking committed and intentional time in front of the Blessed Sacrament has transformed countless lives, families, and communities. Commit today to spending time with our Lord.

He loves, He hopes, He waits. If He came down on our altars on certain days only, some sinner, on being moved to repentance, might have to look for Him, and not finding Him, might have to wait. Our Lord prefers to wait Himself for the sinner for years rather than keep Him waiting one instant.”
