Parish Corporations

Each parish within the Archdiocese of Atlanta is incorporated under civil law.

Officers of the Parish Corporation

The Officers of each parish are the President, the Secretary, and the Treasurer

The Pastor serves as President.  The President supervises and directs the management and operation of the corporation.

The Chancellor of the Archdiocese serves as Secretary.  The Secretary records the votes, actions, and minutes of all Board of Directors proceedings.

The Treasurer is named by the President.  The Treasurer oversees the deposit of all monies, the disbursement of funds, the preparation of financial statements and signs the Year End Certification Letter.
