Journey of Hope: From Violence to Healing

Have you ever wondered: “What if a violent crime happened to me or my family? Wouldn’t I want the person who did this to receive the death penalty?”

Join Georgians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty on Wednesday, April 9, at 7 p.m. to hear murder victim family members share their stories of what happened to them–and how they eventually chose the path of healing rather than death sentencing and execution.

Co-hosted by the Archdiocese of Atlanta and Georgia Catholics Against the Death Penalty. Archbishop Hartmayer will also speak alongside our Journey of Hope speakers.

The event will be held in the parish hall of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, located at 2855 Briarcliff Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30329.
