All Deacons are required to request a Letter of Good Standing from the Office of the Permanent Diaconate for any ministry that is to be done outside of the Archdiocese of Atlanta.

To request a Letter of Good Standing:

Please fill out the form below or Email Kath Owens (kowens@archatl.com) with the required information.

Any forms/emails that do not have ALL the required information will be returned to you for completion.

When requesting a Letter of Good Standing, it is important that the request is made in a timely manner.

Please turn in your request at least one month in advance of your scheduled ministry outside of the Archdiocese of Atlanta.

The only requests considered emergencies are funerals.
