Pope Francis has appointed Father Jacques Fabre, administrator of San Felipe de Jesus Mission in Forest Park, as the new Bishop of Charleston. The bishop-designate was the leadoff speaker in the Spanish language track of the 2017 Eucharistic Congress in Atlanta. He is pictured an interview with Radio Immaculada at the Congress.
