The Office of Archives and Records contains student records for closed Catholic schools within the Archdiocese of Atlanta.  In order to provide digital or paper copies of transcripts, we ask that you fill out our Transcript Request Form provided below and email the completed form to the Office of Archives and Records along with a digital scan of your government issued photo ID.  Student records are restricted and the details regarding who may request student records are included on the Transcript Request Form.
